Offers both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms with shared comfort rooms on each floor. Amenities include Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave oven, and available hallway tables and chairs for studying. A common lobby provides a relaxing space for watching movies, reading, or socializing with fellow tenants.

Non-aircon Room:

P 4,000 per head/month, 3-4 pax, single bed

6 AND MORE MONTHS OF STAY:

Airconditioned Room (5:00 pm – 8:00 am AC time):

P 5,000 per head/month, 4-8 pax, double bed

Non-aircon Room:

P 3,100 per head/month, 3-4 pax, single bed

TRANSIENT / DAILY RATE

Airconditioned Room (5:00 pm – 8:00 am AC time):

P 400 per head/day, 7-8 pax capacity

Non-aircon Room:

P 300 per head/day, 1-4 pax capacity
