The Expansion Program is a comprehensive initiative focused on organizing and strengthening diverse church partners to foster social transformation. Beyond direct training, it empowers church and community leaders in Bicol Region (North, South, & Central District), Rosario Batangas, and Bataan and Zambales by providing them with essential skills in community organizing, project management, needs assessment, and project design and execution, specifically within Education and Livelihood components. The program also emphasizes crucial elements like monitoring, evaluation, sustainability planning, collaboration, and financial literacy. Ultimately, the goal of this program is to cultivate resilient communities that can independently drive their own sustainable development and achieve lasting positive social change.
This multi-faceted approach ensures that the impact extends beyond the immediate program lifespan, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and sustainable growth. By fostering strong partnerships and equipping church workers with the necessary tools, the KapitBayanihan Project aims to build self-sufficient communities capable of addressing their unique challenges and improving the overall well-being of their members for generations to come.
